Install Cargo.Phone in Internet Explorer

First of all, ensure that Cargo.Phone is registered in the system. If registration was succesfull, telephone receiver in Cargo.Phone button will be green.

If telephone receiver in Cargo.Phone button is red, you need to install ActiveX.

ActiveX installation:

Step 1. Please, click on Cargo.Phone

Step 2. Please, click Internet Explorer system message, which informs about trying to install Vax Soft setting, with the right mouse button and choose “Install ActiveX element”.

Step 3. Please, choose “Install” in the setting window.

Step 4. If after installing ActiveX you see the message about trying to block Internet Explorer, please click the button “Unblock”. Now Cargo.Phone is ready to work.

Install Cargo.Phone in Mozzilla Firefox and Opera browser.

You need to install plug-in Neptune for using Cargo.Phone in Mozilla Firefox and Opera browser.

Step 1. Click Cargo.Phone button. Click the system message to set the plug-in.

Step 2. Click “Manual setting” button in “plug-in search system” window, next to plug-in application/x-meadco-neptune-ax.

Step 3. To download plug-in, please insert your name and email address in MeadCo portal and click “Continue” button. Read the licence.

Step 4. Click button “Download” to download plug-in. Close the browser window. Install plug-in.

Step 5. Open browser and enter www.cargo.lt site. Click Cargo.Phone button. If you see a message offering to block supplement, click “Unblock” button. Cargo.Phone is ready to be used.
