Registration and authorization

1. How to be registered user on site Cargo.LT?

To be registered user on site Cargo.LT press button "Register" located in the right top corner of a site above the form of authorization.

On page with registration enter the thought up login and the password, and also a code of the company (VAT or an INN number).
If your firm is already registered on site Cargo.LT, enter a company key which has been sent to the first user who has registered on a site.
On the second step fill data about your company (if you your firm yet is not the user of site Cargo.LT) and data about the user.
On the third step of registration you can choose directions with which your company (if you register new firm) works. On the fourth step of registration you can choose the countries with which you work personally. Offers from these countries will show on the first page. To change this list, use page "Countries" (MyCargo -> Settings -> Countries).

2. My company already is the user of site Cargo. LT. Where to take the company key, to be registered?

To find out your company key, please, ask manager who is already user of the Cargo.LT site to enter the site and look for company key at the page "Company data" (MyCargos -> My datas -> Company data)

3. I have forgotten the password. What to do?

To restore the password, press the link "Restore password", located in the right top corner of a site above the form of authorization.

On the opened page enter the e-mail
or mobile phone which you have specified at registration. Within 5 minutes your login and password will be sent to your e-mail or sms to your mobile phone.
If within 15 minutes you have not received the e-mail from site Cargo. LT, please, contact to Cargo.LT administrator.

4. Where I can take the contract?

Links to contracts are located on the main page of a site at the right side. You can choose the contract in the Lithuanian, Russian, English, Polish or German language.

5. What to do with the contract?

Two filled and signed copies of the contract send to the address of: Laisvės pr. 88, LT-06125 Vilnius, Lietuva. After reception of contracts, we shall sign the contract from its part and we shall send one copy to you.



Loads/trucks search

1. What is "Region+"?

The option "Region+" allows to search for the offer not only in the chosen region, but also in the next regions, including the regions adjoining with chosen, in neighbouring countries.

2. How to look the newest offers?

To look the offers added today, put a tick in the checkbox "added today".

3. How to look transport or a cargo at once from the several countries or regions?

To add a country/region in terms of search, click on the icon .

Also, you can just select the desired country, click the icon for this , located to the left of the first country in search.

4. Is it possible to add comments to offer?

Yes, it is possible. You can add the comment to the offer which will be visible only to you. To add the comment, press the button . To change the comment, press the comment.



Black list

1. How to add a comment about not reliable firm in the "Black list"?

To add a comments about not reliable firm in the "Black list", in the main menu click to "Black list " and choose, whom you wish to bring in the "Black list": the driver, a carrier or the forwarding agent. To add a comment about the new company, press the button . To add the comment to already present firm press the button .

2. How to add the comment about the firm which is already present in the "Black list"?

To add a comment to already created firm, press the button .

3. Is it possible to add the scanned document confirming my comment?

Yes, you can upload the documents confirming your comment. Possible formats of files - JPG, GIF and PDF. The maximal size of a file - 1 Mb.



Tthe exchange of instant messages Cargo.Pager

1. What is Cargo.Pager?

Cargo.Pager is a system of an exchange of instant messages between Cargo.LT users, allowing to communicate to users of site Cargo.LT among themselves like as in ICQ or Skype.

2. How to send the message through Cargo.Pager?

To send the message through Cargo.Pager, press an icon located near to a surname and a name of the user. In the opened window type the message and press button "Send".

3. What means color of the icon near to a surname of the user?

Color of an icon shows, whether user is site Cargo.LT at the moment. The green icon - online, the user is on site Cargo.LT, a red icon - offline, the user is not on site Cargo.LT.

4. How to learn, whether somebody has sent me the new message?

If you are on main site page and anybody has sent you the new message there will be blinking icon and a surname of user in the Cargo.Pager window. To read the message, press an icon .
If you are on internal pages of a site in case of sending to you of the new message in the right corner Cargo.Pager window will be opened.

To read the new message and answer on it press blinking icon.

5. What means color of a blinking icon and what such "system alert"?

Unread messages from users are marked by blinking icons of the yellow color , the readed messages from users are marked with icons .
The message "system alert" with a blinking icon of red color are sent automatically by system if somebody has marked that your offer is already given.

6. How to learn, whether the user has read my message?

To learn, whether the user has read your message, press an icon or near to a name of the user. If the the font of your message is bold that means your message has not been read by the addressee. If the font is normal that means that your message has been already read.

7. Where I can look history of my messages with users?

To look history of the messages, use link "Messages log" in Cargo.Pager window.



Bills

1. Where I can look the bills exposed to my firm?

You can find the bills exposed to your firm, on page "Bills" (MyCargo -> Finance -> Bills). To print the bill, press the button

2. I have paid the bill, and on page of my bills there is no date of payment of the bill. What to do?

If you have paid the bill, but there is no date of payment at the bill, please, contact Cargo.LT administrator by e-mail admin@cargo.lt or by phone +370 655 17777.



Sending of SMS messages

1. How to send SMS message from site Cargo.LT?

To send SMS message from site Cargo.LT, click the icon , located in the top left corner of a site, or on an icon , located near to a mobile phone of the user on pages "Loads search" or "Truck search".

2. Whether I can write messages, using the lithuanian, cyrillic or other letters?

No while you can use in the message only latin letters.

3. What is the maximal size of the SMS message?

The maximal size of one SMS messages is 160 symbols.

4. Is it possible to send SMS message containing more then 160 symbols?

Yes, you can send the SMS message containing more then 160 symbols. Such message at sending will be split on some SMS messages, proceeding from the maximal size of one message - 160 symbols.

5. Where I can find archive of the SMS messages sent by me?

You can find statistic of sent SMS on the page "Sent SMS Archive" (MyCargo -> Finance -> Send SMS).

6. What means type of the message "out" and "in"?

Out messages are those messages which you sent from site Cargo.LT. In messages - the messages sent by site Cargo.LT on your phone. For example, messages on suitable offers.
